Are there any additional fees?
If you are part of our In-House Discount Plan there are not additional fees for cleanings, preventative treatments, or emergency appointments. If you elect to have a procedure done with us the stated price prior to the beginning of your treatment is the price we honor!
If you have insurance, we go to great lengths to be able to provide you with estimates as to what will be your portion of your bill given the type of plan and coverage that you have.
However, we will only know the exact dollar figure you owe (whether it’s for cleanings, prevention, emergency, or dental treatment) when we receive your explanation of benefits (EOB) and your insurance let’s us know the exact amount that you owe.
This typically can take from one month to a couple months depending on how fast your insurance process the claims that we sent them and we call or chat with them to verify that everything is being billed appropriately.
A copy of your EOB is saved with your claim always for your convenience!
