Snap-In Dentures are a removable full-arch solution anchored by dental implants placed directly into your jawbone. Unlike traditional dentures that rest on your gums and rely on adhesives to stay in place, Snap-In Dentures snap securely onto two to four implants per arch — giving you a stability, comfort, and confidence that traditional dentures simply cannot provide.

What to Expect — Your Snap-In Journey
Every Snap-In journey at Pelican Dental Care is personal. The timeline depends on your specific situation — whether extractions are needed, when implants can be placed, and how your healing progresses. Here is what the process typically looks like.
Total journey: approximately 5 to 6 months when extractions and implants are placed the same day. Up to 7 months when extractions and implants are staged. Approximately 5 months when no extractions are needed.

Your Consultation — Saturday, Complimentary Dr. Perez begins by hearing your story. What brought you here. What you have tried. What you are hoping for — and what you are hoping to leave behind. From there, she listens for your goals and expectations, so that every recommendation that follows is shaped around you, not around a protocol. Only then does she evaluate your bone health and walk you through a treatment plan designed specifically for you. You leave with a clear picture of your journey, your timeline, and your complete investment. No pressure. No surprises. No cost for the conversation.

Your Procedure Day Extractions, if needed, and implant placement happen on the same day when clinically possible. You never leave without teeth — an immediate temporary denture is placed the same day to protect your smile and guide your healing. It is a bridge, not your final result — designed to carry you through the months ahead while your permanent denture is precision-crafted.

Your Healing Period — Months One Through Four This stretch can feel longer than it is. Your implants are quietly fusing with your bone — and that part of the journey asks for patience. It is why you are not left alone inside it. Dr. Perez checks in personally at month one and month four. Adjustment appointments are scheduled the day after placement, two weeks after that, and again at one month. You are never left wondering how you are doing.

Your Wax Try-In — Month Four You and Dr. Perez meet to see your smile taking shape for the first time. Tooth shade is selected together. Your case is sent to our trusted American laboratory.

Your Care — Provided by Dr. Liliana Pérez
Dr. Perez has been serving the Vero Beach community since 2010. She completed a prosthodontic residency program in Colombia (1993–1998), where she received advanced training in restorative dentistry and occlusal principles. She is a licensed general dentist in Florida and is not recognized as a specialist in the United States. Her extensive educational background shapes the thoughtful, restorative care she brings to every patient every day.
Her continued education includes implant surgery programs, clinical symposiums, and surgical training through the Zest Dental Solutions FIXED Foundations course. Decades of experience and a calm, patient-centered approach inform everything she does.
