Membership Plans by Age
We offer three membership plans: children (ages 5-17), adults (ages 18-64), and seniors (65 years and older). No matter your age, our team has got you covered with appropriate dental care for optimal health. *Note this is not a dental insurance plan
All of our membership plans include:
- 2 cleanings per year (additional cleanings at $96.00)
- 2 exams per year
- 1 set of x-rays per year
- Same-day appointments and emergency visits
- Discounts on any dental treatment, cosmetic treatment, or dental item bought from the clinic (40% off for children and adults, 50% off for seniors)
- No waiting period for benefits or discounts!
Our membership prices are:
- Children (5-17): $14.33 x month (billed annually $171.96)
- Adults (18 - 64): $15.33 x month (billed annually $183.96)
- Seniors (65+): $13.33 x month (billed annually $159.96)
Our goal is to help you and your family maintain healthy smiles. Our priority is our patients’ satisfaction. If you find that our membership plans aren’t a good fit for your current situation, you can cancel at any time.
